A premier title research firm dedicated to providing comprehensive and accurate title services, committed to excellence and client satisfaction, is looking for a versatile and dynamic individual to join their team.

Job Summary:

Seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support client service, title research, production operations, and data quality. This role works closely with clients, executive leadership, and production teams to ensure accurate title research, efficient workflows, and exceptional service. Full-time, on-site (40 hours/week); no travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional client support via phone and email; route inquiries as needed.
• Assist with order entry, data processing, and records management.
• Research property tax, deed, and court records.
• Review and interpret legal documents, including deeds, liens, probate, and divorce records.
• Support executives with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Prepare client cost estimates and assist with pricing.
• Obtain records from county offices.
• Maintain accurate data, support quality control, and improve processes.
• Protect confidential information and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in title research, real estate, legal, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately interpret legal and property records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with county records systems and title production software preferred.
• English required; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Working Conditions

· Full-time, on-site at firm location in San Antonio, Texas.

· Typical office environment; no travel required.

· Occasional overtime during peak periods or due diligence surges.

· Non-exempt (hourly), eligible for overtime per FLSA.

· Salary: DOE; competitive for Texas market and aligned with experience.
