Mental Health TherapistBlue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist to be part of our Behavioral Health Team. A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, depending on the service agreement chosen. The position requires interaction with provider agencies and referral sources, participating in team meetings when appropriate and as requested, and offering education and support to the community.Disclaimer:This role requires flexibility to transport clients/patients to organization-sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs. Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater. For those using their personal vehicles to transport clients/patients, a certificate of insurance is required demonstrating at least the minimum required NC auto liability insurance.What We're Looking For:Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Required (fully or provisionally licensed or license eligible)2 years clinical work experience preferredLCAS or LCAS-A licensure a plusAbility to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plansExperience with Electronic Health Records preferredExperience in individual and group therapy including recovery workExcellent listening and communication skillsBilingual a plusAbout Blue Ridge Health:At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
