Order x-ray, labs, therapies, and nursing services. Perform or assist with procedures including laceration repair, central line insertion, chest tube insertion, etc. Initiate admissions, complete medical records, and facilitate referrals. Administer medication and transmit prescriptions under supervising physician’s direction.
