Nurse Supervisor

As a Nurse Supervisor at Encompass Health, you will lead a team of rehabilitation nurses delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient setting. You’ll coordinate daily clinical operations, oversee staffing and workflow, and support nurses with complex assessments, care planning, and interventions. Partnering with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll champion safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff, facilitating training, and promoting a culture of collaboration, compassion, and professional growth.
