Dispatcher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Dispatch Coordinator to manage and oversee dispatch operations within our warehouse. This role serves as a key liaison between the warehouse, customers, and carriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery scheduling, shipment monitoring, and dispatch management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily dispatch activities for inbound and outbound shipments

Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations

Manage delivery schedules and update systems with real-time shipment status

Monitor logistics flow and proactively resolve delays or issues

Maintain accurate records of dispatch times, shipment details, and carrier communications

Ensure compliance with warehouse and transportation safety protocols

Support warehouse teams with documentation and shipment coordination

Collaborate with internal departments to align dispatch operations with customer requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain-related education preferred

1+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in dispatch or warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual preferred
