Ideal Carts is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Helper or Mechanic to join our team. We specialize in building, customizing, and servicing Yamaha golf carts, and we need someone who takes pride in their work and pays close attention to the small details.
This position will assist with golf cart assembly, repairs, maintenance, accessory installation, 12-volt wiring, lighting, seats, roofs, windshields, wheels/tires, and general shop work. Golf cart experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has good mechanical ability.
Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic automotive/electrical knowledge preferred
- Must have your own basic tools
- Dependable and on time every day
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Willing to learn
- Keeps work area clean and organized
- Double-checks their work before considering a job finished
- Takes pride in doing things correctly—not just quickly
