Financial Reporting Analyst

We are a product Engineering and IT Services base company. Job Description Assist in the Company’s external financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reporting (Form 10-Q and Form 10-Q), other SEC filings (e.g. Form S-3, Form 8-K) and other financial reporting as required. Prepare the Press Release financials and coordinate with Finance and Investor Relations Departments for all Draft versions. Prepare and review internal management reporting package. Assist with the preparation of quarterly financial statements, including Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Stockholders Equity, Statement of Comprehensive Income, and EPS calculations. Review detailed Xtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) tagging of financial statements and footnotes. Research accounting and regulatory guidance and instructions to ensure accurate and relevant disclosures in audited financial statements and SEC filings. Qualifications Degree in finance or accounting. MBA and CPA are a plus but not required.
