Hotel Front Desk Associate

to join our hospitality team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk operations, or customer service. Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. Assist guests with special requests and resolve concerns professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments. Use hotel reservation and Property Management Systems (PMS). Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and service standards. Qualifications

Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems. Experience with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel software is a plus. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed. What We're Looking For
