Experienced Dance Instructors

Elevation Dance Academy in Colorado Springs is hiring dance instructors for our recreational and company programs. We are looking for experienced teachers who can lead a class with confidence, keep dancers engaged, and create a positive environment where students grow.

Saturday availability is required for one of the positions. Please include your Saturday availability when applying.

Qualified applicants should have prior experience teaching dance classes independently. We are seeking instructors who can plan effective lessons, manage a classroom, give useful corrections, and communicate professionally with dancers, families, and staff. This position is best suited to someone with established teaching experience rather than someone seeking their first teaching role.
