Powersports Driver

Part-Time Powersports DriverJones Powersports is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Part-Time Powersports Driver to transport, deliver, and move powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and related equipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the timely, secure, and professional handling of company and customer vehicles while representing the Jones Powersports brand in a positive and professional manner.Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:Safely operate company trucks, trailers, and other vehicles to transport powersports unitsLoad, secure, transport, and unload motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related equipment using appropriate methods and safety proceduresConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment; promptly report any damage or maintenance needsComply with all applicable local, state, and federal traffic laws, DOT regulations (if applicable), and company safety policiesMaintain accurate delivery, transport, and inspection documentationAssist with vehicle staging, lot organization, and basic warehouse or dealership support as neededCommunicate effectively with supervisors, sales staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules and transport needsRepresent Jones Powersports professionally at all timesQualifications & RequirementsValid motorcycle license or a valid driver’s license with an “M” classification and an acceptable motor vehicle recordExperience operating trucks, trailers, or towing equipment preferredFamiliarity with powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) strongly preferredAbility to safely load, secure, and transport powersports vehiclesAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to safety, detail, and reliabilityDependable, punctual, and able to work independentlyDemonstrated ability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload motorcycles and other powersports vehiclesAbility to safely operate a vehicle while towing a trailer.Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review, where permitted by lawWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork is performed in both indoor and outdoor environmentsExposure to weather conditions while loading and unloading vehiclesAbility to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to sit and drive for extended periods as requiredAbout Jones PowersportsJones Powersports is a customer-focused powersports dealership part of the Jones Family of Dealerships.
