Role Description
The Oracle Customer Care & Billing position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in the utilities industry.
- 5+ years of Experience in Oracle CC&B.
- Techno functional consultant involved in 3+ CCnB Implementations and/or upgrade programs.
- CCS Implementation/Migration experience is desired.
- Strong utilities industry knowledge.
- Good customer facing capabilities.
- Programming skills in Java, J2EE, and Groovy.
- Good knowledge on REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Experience in JDBC and SQL, PL/SQL queries.
- Experience in Microservice based implementation.
- Must demonstrate Object Oriented Concepts and the concepts of a Software Development Life Cycle.
- Willingness to learn or comfortable with various tools and frameworks used in projects.
- Understands the process of new application development and support and has the ability to apply these concepts with minimal mentoring and supervision.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle CC&B.
- Experience in CCS Implementation/Migration.
- Strong utilities industry knowledge.
- Programming skills in Java, J2EE, and Groovy.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Experience in JDBC and SQL, PL/SQL queries.
