We Need a Case Manager Due to company growth we are adding another manager to our San Diego Team. Do you have experience leading teams to provide services? Do you have experience working providing services to disabled individuals? If yes, we want to speak with you! The Case Manager supports the Supportive Living Services for intellectually disabled clients living in San Diego County. What we offer Company-paid medcial plan Company sponsored medical, dental, vision plans for self and your family Benefits become active the 1st day of the following month after your first day at work. Company-paid $25k life insurance. SIck pay accrues on day one. Supplement life for self or spouse. Vacation - Accrues from day one of employment. Employee Assistance Program. Company cell phone or phone stipend reimbursement Mileage reimbersment at IRS rate. Primary Responsibilities Partnership Development - Experience working with the Regional Center staff is a PLUS++ Assist to deliver a culture of top level quality service delivery. You are also great at forming strong internal relationships. You help support clients right so they are treated fairly. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the assisted living community overseeing a workforce of employees in multi-units or cities. Requirements: Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. Driving to other offices or counties may be required and must be able to respond to emergencies. Who we are: Our company began in 2015 with one branch office expanding to locations throughout California. We provide Supportive Living Services to our clients in the privacy of their homes. This is not a facility. Please note that this is NOT a remote position, and requires reliable transportation and ability to travel within the San DIego County area.
