Expanding retina private practice in the DFW Metroplex seeking a third vitreoretinal surgeon to join its team preferably in FALL 2026/Spring 2027 (date is negotiable). Physicians and ancillary support staff use web‑based and IPAD‑based applications. Certifications MD/DO; Fellowship‑trained, board‑certified or board‑eligible by American Board of Ophthalmology. Technical Skills Able to diagnose and treat basic and complex medical conditions; vitreoretinal surgical skills are preferred. Regulatory Knowledge Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and data security protocols. Computer Skills Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability. Communication Skills Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Physical Requirements Prolonged sitting and working at computer. Prolonged periods of standing, walking and bending. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as reports, files and small items. Ability to lift and assist patients.
