Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
• Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
• Support an EPIC system conversion, functioning as a backfill resource during the transition period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years
• Each work history entry must identify the EMR/charting system used; if multiple systems were used in one role, dates must be provided to clarify usage periods
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee in good standing at a previous organization

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
