Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery Nurse Lead

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Specialty: Labor & Delivery

Position Type: Travel

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $2169 - $2614 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance and oversight to the Labor & Delivery team during night shifts.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Maintain precise and timely documentation.
Engage in staff training and professional development.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant setting.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
Previous experience as a Charge Nurse is essential.
Certifications needed: NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (obtained within the last 2 years).

Working Conditions
