Investment Performance Reporting Analyst

Job Description:A NY-based asset manager is seeking an Investment Performance Reporting Associate with hands-on CLO experience and strong bond math expertise. The primary responsibility is to monitor the performance of a diverse portfolio of complex investments and deliver accurate, timely reporting across structured credit portfolios, including CLOs, private credit, and leveraged loans. This role reports to the Managing Director of Investment Operations and partners closely with portfolio management, operations, and accounting.Location: New York (Hybrid)Key Responsibilities:Monitor portfolio performance and deliver timely, accurate reporting for CLOs and structured credit investmentsAnalyze cash flows, tranche structures, and key performance driversApply bond math (yield, duration, spreads) to support valuation and reportingEnsure data integrity across systems; drive automation and process improvementsPartner with front office and risk teams on transaction booking and ongoing surveillanceManage fee invoicing across fundsQualifications (Required):2+ years of hands-on CLO experienceStrong bond math / fixed income analytics foundationExperience with structured credit (CLOs, private credit, leveraged loans, real estate)Advanced Excel; data/programming skills a plusAdditional:Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple prioritiesEffective communicator; collaborative, self-starter mindsetKeywords: Investment Reporting, Performance Measurement, Structured products, CLOs, Private Credit, Loans, Excel, Data AnalyticsPlease send resumes to Jim Geiger, View email address on click.appcast.io | For more opportunities, please visit
