Bonmente is seeking a dependable and compassionate TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Per Diem Technician to support our behavioral health team in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about helping patients through innovative mental health treatments.

This position offers flexible per diem scheduling and the opportunity to work alongside experienced psychiatric and clinical professionals in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting our Providers with initial brain mapping and treatment protocol setup, administering follow-up TMS sessions 5 days per week, monitoring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining accurate documentation. We use the AMPA TMS machine .

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate TMS equipment according to clinical protocols and safety standards
• Assist patients throughout TMS treatment sessions and provide a supportive experience
• Monitor patient comfort and communicate any concerns to the supervising clinician
• Accurately document treatment sessions and patient responses in the EMR system
• Maintain treatment rooms and ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and all clinic policies and procedures
• Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to support smooth patient flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Previous healthcare, behavioral health, or medical assistant experience preferred
• TMS experience required; training may be provided for qualified candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable working with patients experiencing mental health conditions
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Schedule

• Per diem / as-needed basis
• Flexible availability preferred
• Clinic hours may include weekdays and occasional evenings
