Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager owns the day-to-day marketing function at TISAS Arms Corp in the U.S. market. Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for helping to define and execute the marketing strategy, protecting and evolving the brand, and driving the day-to-day marketing activities that build TISAS in the U.S. Scope includes social media, email marketing, digital and print content, dealer marketing, product launch strategy, trade show and workshop representation, and direct client and dealer engagement. The Marketing Manager also provides hands-on sales support at events and in lead development, working alongside the Sales team. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and also works closely with the Creator/Designer.

The Marketing Manager exercises independent judgment and discretion on matters of significance, including campaign strategy, brand direction, budget allocation, vendor and agency selection, event participation decisions, and client- and dealer-facing commitments. This is a self-managed role—you will not be told what to post, how to spend the budget, or how to run a trade show. You will be trusted to translate business objectives into a marketing program that elevates the TISAS brand and moves the business.

This role is well-suited to a strategic, organized, outgoing, and self-directed marketing professional who is comfortable both making decisions and rolling up their sleeves. Familiarity with—or genuine curiosity about—the firearms industry is important, as is an appreciation for the industry's specific advertising restrictions and community norms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver on the U.S. marketing strategy for TISAS Arms Corp, including channel mix, campaign calendar, budget allocation, and performance targets.
  • Evolve the TISAS brand voice in the U.S. market, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint and making judgment calls on brand direction as the business grows.
  • Select and manage external vendors, agencies, freelancers, and creative partners as needed.
  • Direct TISAS Arms Corp's social media presence across relevant platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, and emerging channels, subject to platform firearms policies).
  • Plan, draft, and publish social media content including product spotlights, brand storytelling, dealer highlights, event coverage, and community engagement—with independent authority over content strategy and voice.
  • Monitor social channels; respond to comments and direct messages in the TISAS brand voice; escalate customer service or compliance issues appropriately.
  • Create and update product descriptions, spec sheets, blog posts, dealer bulletins, and website content.
  • Direct photography, videography, and other creative production for new product launches, existing product refreshes, and evergreen brand content.
  • Create and maintain the email marketing program for dealer networks, distributor partners, and (where lawful) consumer opt-in lists—from strategy through execution.
  • Segment and maintain email lists; manage subscription and preference workflows.
  • Direct e-commerce marketing including product page content, promotional strategy, banners, and campaign landing pages, in coordination with Operations.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance and independently adjust strategy based on open rates, click-through, conversion, and engagement data.
  • With the VP of Marketing, facilitate new product launches from strategy through execution: product sheets, launch announcements, dealer materials, social content, and press outreach.
  • Develop and own dealer-facing marketing collateral including product one-pagers, catalog updates, comparison sheets, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Partner with the Sales team on tailored materials for key accounts, distributor meetings, government/law enforcement pitches, and buying-group presentations.
  • Own the master library of product images, videos, spec sheets, and approved marketing assets.
  • Represent TISAS Arms Corp in person at conventions, workshops, and industry events—engaging directly with dealers, distributors, media, law enforcement, and prospective customers with authority to speak on behalf of the brand within marketing scope.
  • Direct booth logistics, product displays, giveaways, printed materials, and pre- and post-show communications.
  • Capture qualified leads on-site and load them into the CRM/lead-tracking system with clean, actionable notes.
  • Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and dealer training sessions at events—including comfort with on-camera / stage-facing presentation.
  • Plan and direct internal events including dealer visits, media days, and range demonstrations.
  • Partner with the Sales team on lead development from marketing-generated and event-captured sources—qualifying leads, routing to the appropriate salesperson, and supporting follow-up sequences.
  • Engage directly with dealers, distributors, media, and prospective customers at events, on calls, and in written communications—with authority to represent TISAS on marketing-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate lead and account records in the CRM or lead-tracking system; produce pipeline reports as needed for leadership.
  • Support dealer training, dealer co-op marketing programs, and dealer workshops in coordination with Sales leadership.
  • As needed, assist with sales order processing (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and FFL transfer coordination for direct-to-consumer sales, in partnership with the Warehouse and Compliance teams.
  • Coordinate with firearms industry media outlets, reviewers, and content creators for product reviews, editorial coverage, and evaluation samples.
  • Support relationships with brand ambassadors, competitive shooters, and industry influencers under management guidance.
  • Draft press releases, media pitches, and event announcements as needed.
  • Maintain a shared calendar of industry events, publication editorial deadlines, and TISAS product milestones.
  • Protect the TISAS Arms Corp brand voice and visual identity across all marketing outputs.
  • Ensure all marketing content complies with applicable federal and state firearms advertising restrictions, platform-specific firearms content policies, and TISAS Arms Corp's internal review standards.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Manager on any content involving regulated product, technical claims, warranty language, or export-controlled information.
  • Coordinate with TISAS HQ in Trabzon to ensure U.S. marketing is consistent with global brand standards and product positioning.
  • Track and report on marketing performance across channels, including social growth, email engagement, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
  • Provide monthly marketing performance reports to the CEO and other leadership.
  • Recommend adjustments to marketing tactics based on performance data and market feedback.

Required qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated proficiency managing brand social media accounts and creating platform-appropriate content.
  • Comfort and skill in in-person representation—presenting at trade shows, staffing booths, engaging with dealers and customers, and delivering short product demonstrations or workshops.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clean, on-brand copy for social, email, web, and print—AND to hold a professional sales conversation with a dealer or account.
  • Working proficiency with common marketing tools such as email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or comparable), social scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or comparable), and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable).
  • Comfort working in CRM or lead-tracking systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or comparable) to manage a lead pipeline.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning new platforms and tools.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, events, and open sales opportunities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a small-team environment with limited direct supervision.
  • Eligible to possess firearms under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)) and Georgia law, as this role involves handling firearms for photography, video, and product content creation.
  • U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available). Must pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Preferred qualifications include:
