Senior iOS Application EngineerContract Length: 12 months Location: New York, NY Work Setup: Hybrid — 3 days on-site or as needed Join an enterprise technology team supporting the E-Citations mobile application, a mission-critical solution used in field operations. The Senior iOS Application Engineer will design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support secure, reliable, high-performance mobile capabilities while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.Senior iOS Application Engineer ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, enhance, and support enterprise iOS functionality using .NET MAUI, C#, XAML, and native iOS APIs.Build offline-first capabilities using SQLite, caching, background synchronization, retry logic, conflict resolution, and offline/online reconciliation.Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs,.NET/ASP.NET Core services, Azure, SQL Server, and Azure SQL.Develop Bluetooth/BLE integrations, including Zebra ZQ-series mobile printers, connection recovery, and printer status/error handling.Implement camera, barcode scanning, OCR, document scanning, photo capture, and identity-related workflows.Implement enterprise security using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, Keychain, encryption, certificate pinning, and secure local storage.Support CI/CD, automated builds, provisioning, code signing, testing, telemetry, release workflows, and production troubleshooting.Participate in Agile estimation, code reviews, demonstrations, release planning, and technical documentation.Senior iOS Application Engineer QualificationsCritical QualificationsExtensive hands-on .NET MAUI and C# iOS development experience in enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of XAML, .NET MAUI Community Toolkit, MAUI Essentials, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and dependency injection.Proven experience developing offline-first mobile applications.Hands-on Bluetooth/BLE and mobile printer integration experience, preferably with Zebra ZQ-series printers and Zebra SDK.Strong enterprise mobile security and native iOS integration expertise.Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins/Bitrise, automated testing, provisioning, signing, and CI/CD.Experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE/AirWatch, or Jamf.Senior iOS Application Engineer Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting public-sector, public-safety, transportation, enforcement, citation, or field-workforce applications is highly valued, particularly solutions involving mobile printing, offline operation, secure enterprise integrations, and mission-critical field usage.The ideal Senior iOS Application Engineer is a strong problem solver who can independently deliver complex enhancements while collaborating effectively across enterprise teams.We look forward to reviewing your application! #Li-SW
