nCino UAT Lead

LOB: Commercial Banking
Contract Term: 24 month, with a possibility of a full-time conversion with the client
Pay Rate $65/hour - rate exceptions are possible
Approved Locations: Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX (hybrid - 3 days/week in office)
Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced nCino UAT Lead to drive endtoend User Acceptance Testing for nCino implementations and enhancements within a large Commercial Banking environment. This role will lead UAT strategy, execution, and stakeholder coordination for loan origination, credit, and lending workflows, ensuring solutions are productionready, compliant, and aligned with business requirements.

The ideal candidate brings handson nCino experience, strong commercial lending domain knowledge, and proven leadership supporting largescale enterprise transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
UAT Leadership & Execution

• Lead and own endtoend UAT planning and execution for nCino implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Define UAT strategy, scope, entry/exit criteria, and testing timelines.
• Develop and oversee UAT test plans, scenarios, scripts, and execution aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure test coverage across:
  • Loan origination
  • Credit approvals
  • Document management
  • Workflow automation
  • Downstream system integrations

Stakeholder & CrossFunctional Coordination

• Act as the primary UAT point of contact for Business, Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Coordinate UAT activities across business testers, QA teams, and delivery teams.
• Facilitate UAT working sessions, defect triage meetings, and readiness reviews.
• Communicate UAT status, risks, and issues clearly to senior stakeholders.

Defect & Risk Management

• Lead defect management, prioritization, and resolution in partnership with development teams.
• Perform rootcause analysis and ensure timely remediation and retesting.
• Proactively identify testing risks and escalate issues that could impact golive readiness.

Release & GoLive Support

• Validate readiness for production releases and support golive activities.
• Support postimplementation validation and hypercare.
• Ensure UAT artifacts and documentation meet audit and governance standards.

Required Qualifications (MustHaves)

• 3+ years of handson nCino experience, including testing or implementation support.
• Strong commercial lending and credit domain knowledge, including loan lifecycle workflows.
• 5+ years of experience leading UAT efforts in enterprise banking or financial services environments.
• Proven experience supporting largescale transformation or platform migration programs at enterprise banks.
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working closely with Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
