As a Food & Beverage Coordinator , you're not just supporting department activities and office management - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support department initiatives: Coordinate projects and activities for the Banquets, Culinary, and Restaurants teams

• Facilitate cohesive communication: Maintain clear and effective communication across all departments to support collaboration and efficiency

• Provide exceptional service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members

• Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as writing correspondence, managing purchase requests, data entry, and filing to support department operations

• Assist with personnel activities: Support department leaders in new hire onboarding, payroll management, and time-off requests
