Job Description Fox Technology is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Master Control Operator to work on the Media Operations team. The role supports a 24/7 environment with a 4x10 schedule that includes weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts. Training may include a 5x8 schedule. A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities Provide support for quality control, processing, assembly, playout, and distribution activities for pre-programmed and live content. Play a key role in technical workflows to support distribution across linear and OTT delivery. Perform on-air switching and run master control automation playlists in both multicast and live sports environments. Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery teams. Partner with Live Media and other Media Operations teams, stepping in to help in other areas as needed. Work closely with all business units and provide world‑class customer service support. Responsibilities (Spanish) Soporte en control de calidad, procesamiento, ensamblaje, reproducción y distribución de contenido en vivo o preprogramado. Participación clave en flujos técnicos para distribución en televisión lineal y plataformas OTT. Operaciones al aire y manejo de listas automatizadas de programación, tanto en multitransmisiones como en deportes en vivo. Apoyo a los equipos de Continuidad del Negocio y Recuperación de Desastres. Colaboración con los equipos de Medios en Vivo y otras áreas operativas según se requiera. Proveer un servicio al cliente excepcional a todas las unidades del negocio.
