Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide speedy, friendly service.
- Drink/Food Preparation:Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and food items according to Scooter's recipes.
- Sales & Service: Manage cash drawers, process payments, and suggestively sell products, gift cards, and merchandise.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store environment.
- Operational Duties:Stock inventory, receive shipments, and perform opening/closing procedures.
Skills
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with strong team communication skills.
- Attitude: Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Availability:Flexible hours required, including ealry mornings or afternoons/evenings.
- Experience:Previous food service or coffee experience is a plus, but not required.
