What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, diagnosis, restorative treatment, and treatment planning.
• Develop and present individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and help them make informed decisions about their oral health.
• Collaborate with our hygiene, clinical, and administrative teams to provide a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active Tennessee dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry.
• Interest in continuing education and professional development.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Experience in comprehensive dentistry and an interest in bioesthetic principles are preferred.

Compensation & Growth

We offer production-based compensation, with earnings dependent on individual production and practice collections.
