As the HSSP Clinician, you will provide individual and group psychotherapy, case management, and recovery coordination to ensure housing stability and community integration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide, coordinate, and implement mental health and recovery support services with individual members. Conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Build trusting relationships with members, promoting independence and improved physical and mental health. Collaborate with members to develop service plans and review updates upon goal completion. Assist in program evaluation and development for future improvements. Support members in daily activities, socialization, health maintenance, community engagement, and recovery progress aligned with customer choice, harm reduction, and psycho‑social rehabilitation. Participate in weekly staff meetings, group supervision, and trainings. Maintain complete and accurate member files with all funding‑required documents. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited university. Valid California Board of Behavioral Sciences registration or licensure. Current, valid California driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle. Ability to transport members using personal vehicle. Outstanding clinical and strong team‑building skills. Detail‑oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, and computer skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with California Department of Mental Health (DMH) or field‑based settings. Fluency in a second language. Work Environment Combination of field and office settings. Requires sitting, standing, bending; occasional lifting up to 35 lb. Includes walking or driving to local sites. Work in busy and loud environments, exposed to various elements. Physical demands include bending, stooping, twisting, and sitting throughout the day.
