Position: Mortgage Loan Closer (Full-time) – Spokane, WA (Remote options available). Hourly rate: $31.00 – $33.00 per hour, depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location. Responsibilities Process approved loan requests and deliver completed loan documents to the lender and the customer prior to the requested time. Process accurate loan documents to the lenders. Serve as back-up for mortgage loan application input using automated mortgage loan documentation preparation software. Process pay-outs. Process construction rolls, mortgage modifications and endorsements. Enter HMDA information for approved loans. Maintain knowledge and participation in the promotions of company’s products and services. Serve as back-up to positions within the Mortgage Processing Area. Education / Experience Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical training in computer systems, banking applications and lending preferred. Exceptional detail, time-management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Working Conditions The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.
