REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience as a Co-Manager or Assistant General Manager (AGM) in QSR (preferably Wendy’s or another fast-food restaurant)
• Motivated Leader – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to help your team succeed
• Great Communicator – You’re able to connect with your team and lead by example
• Team Player – You work well with others and foster a positive, inclusive environment
