Position Overview
Grove Insurance is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our team in King of Prussia. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who thrives in a sales-focused environment and is passionate about helping clients find the right Property & Casualty insurance solutions.
Compensation
- Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience and performance)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty insurance products
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- Proven sales or customer service experience (insurance industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
