Remote Technical Support Engineer - SQL & AI Skills

Globys, a division of Harris, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex Tier 1/2 customer issues. You’ll own tickets end-to-end, reproduce data anomalies with SQL, and guide clients through configuration fixes. This remote role is open to US candidates in the Central Time Zone. Salary range is 65K–75K with a focus on rapid self-resolution, strong documentation, and AI-assisted problem solving. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harris Computer
