Brand Experience Associate

Location: Miami, FL

We are looking for an outgoing and personable Brand Experience Associate to help create positive customer experiences at events, promotional activities, and other in-person brand initiatives.

In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers, answer questions, provide information about featured products and services, and help make each interaction welcoming and engaging. You’ll also assist with event materials and displays and work alongside the team to keep activities organized throughout the day.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicates naturally, and likes working in an active, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Engage customers in conversation and learn about their interests and needs.
• Introduce featured products and services and explain key information.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about available options.
• Help customers understand product features, benefits, and differences.
• Assist customers in identifying products or services that may fit their needs.
• Provide demonstrations or additional product information when appropriate.
• Support scheduled events, promotions, and brand activities.
• Assist with setting up informational materials, displays, and event resources.
• Keep customer areas and promotional materials organized and presentable.
• Maintain familiarity with featured products, services, and current promotions.
• Gather general customer feedback and share relevant observations with the team.
• Assist team members during busy periods to ensure customers receive timely attention.
• Follow established guidelines when communicating product and service information.
• Maintain a positive and professional presence throughout each scheduled activity.
