Front Desk & Data Entry Assistant - SouthwestPrestonwood Pregnancy Center - Southwest - Dallas, TX 75237OverviewPosition Type Full-Time Education Level College Preferred Category Admin - ClericalDescriptionInterface with clients, potential clients and visitors at the front desk, train and supervise front desk, phone and data entry volunteers, and perform basic data entry activities for Prestonwood Pregnancy Center - Southwest (PPC - SW).Responsibilities:Provide administrative support including typing, filing, report preparation and distribution, answering phones, and appointment schedulingPerform client follow-ups as scheduledTrain and assist front desk volunteers, including onboarding and ongoing trainingPerform opening and/or closing duties at PPC locationsMaintain cleanliness of center waiting room, client rooms and reception areaProvide information, feedback, and suggestions to enhance client experienceAdhere to HIPAA regulations, maintain client confidentialityModel excellence in all areasOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequirements:Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministryPro-life in word and pro-love in actionBilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills oral and written preferredCollege degree preferredStrong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentialityBasic to intermediate skills with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to include approximately two evenings per week, one Saturday per month, and PPC scheduled eventsAbility to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, while occasionally performing physical activities requiring moving one's whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting up to 10 pounds without assistance Prestonwood Baptist Church
