About the Opportunity

Zing is seeking a detail-oriented Reagent Change Specialist to support critical scientific operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, managing documentation, supporting process changes, and taking ownership of projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist scientists and technical teams with reagent change activities and process updates
• Maintain and manage documentation systems and records
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory documentation standards
• Coordinate document reviews, revisions, and approvals
• Organize and archive controlled documents
• Support cross-functional teams during process and procedural changes
• Maintain data security and confidentiality requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative to resolve issues
• Work independently while effectively collaborating with team members

Qualifications

• 0+ years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting scientists, laboratory teams, or technical operations
• Experience with document control or document management systems
• Experience working within regulated environments
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $28.48/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Oro Valley, AZ
• Contract Position
