Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Due to state licensing restrictions, employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating. Position Details: From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Standard shift is 11:30-8 EST, 12:30-9 CST, or 8:30-5 PST. All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services. Qualifications 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency Property and Casualty License required after hire.
