The Service Department at Chastang Ford is growing and we need more great people for our amazing team. Our Coordinators are the Face of the Service Department and fulfill one of the most challenging roles in the dealership. The Mobile Service Coordinator is critical to the overall success of Mobile and Remote Services at the dealership, where we go to our customers to maintain and repair vehicles at their locations.

THE POSITION:

The Mobile Service Coordinator coordinates and directs all Mobile Service activities for the dealership. In addition, the Service Coordinator role manages the dealerships rental process and fleet, as well as oversees the pick-up and delivery of vehicles and customers to their places of work and homes.

The key activities of the Mobile Service Coordinator Role are:

• Marketing to Develop Mobile Service Clientele

• Manage Repair Order Process for Mobile Services
• Schedule and Dispatch
• Communicate with the Customer Communication Prior to and During the Repair
• Direct Rental Process and Fleet
• Oversee Pick Up and Delivery

Qualifications needed include the following:

• Successful Retail Sales and/or Service Advisor experience
• Proven communication skills with Customers and the Service Team
• Played an active role in automotive maintenance and repair department or business

THE LOCATION:

Chastang Ford is located in Houston, TX, approximately one mile East of I-69 on the 610 North Loop East.
