Type of Internship:

1 year full time internship, 40 hours per week. This internship is not part of a summer program. Selected candidates must be available to begin working as soon as possible.

Job Summary:

\n

We are seeking a curious, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our Marketing & Communications team, with a focus on U.S. Consumer Banking and Investment products.

\n

\n

This role offers hands-on experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, digital channels, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Working closely with Product, Sales, and other cross-functional teams, the intern will help bring marketing initiatives to life, from early-stage planning and content development through execution and performance tracking.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives for U.S. Consumer Banking and Investment products, including product launches and integrated campaigns.
\n
• Assist in developing and adapting marketing content across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, paid media, and websites.
\n
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and other internal teams to gather information and support the development of clear, customer-focused marketing communications.
\n
• Support CRM, social media, and digital marketing activities, including content calendars, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
\n
• Conduct research on consumer behavior, market trends, competitors, and marketing best practices to support strategic planning.
\n
• Assist in preparing marketing briefs, presentations, performance reports, and other materials for internal stakeholders and external partners.
\n
• Help coordinate agency activities, project timelines, approval workflows, and day-to-day operations to ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
\n
• Previous experience in banking, fintech, or financial services, including internship experience.
\n
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
\n
• Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
\n
• Fluency in English and Portuguese , both written and verbal, is required.

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, CRM, or campaign performance metrics.
\n
• Interest in consumer behavior, financial products, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
\n
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
\n
