Position General Manager Shift: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm Annual Compensation: $82,500 – $90,000 Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed. Ensure that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly. Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, ensuring unit goals are achieved. Provide an enhanced customer‑centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality. Work Schedule Work days vary based on a rotating three‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week. Reports To District Manager Qualifications We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following traits and abilities: Customer focus. Work ethic with a high standard for integrity. Positive approach to training, development, and interaction with all levels of the store team. Ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust. Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions. Effective communication with leadership team members. Ability to identify the most effective team alignment to enhance performance. Follow‑up and follow‑through discipline. Initiate action and achieve goals. Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices and procedures. Ability to review, understand, and analyze reporting results. 3–5 years of running, managing, and leading a retail store unit. Associate’s Degree or some college preferred. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license.
