The position requires daily travel to various job sites and may involve working in diverse weather conditions. Responsibilities

• Perform property service contract requirements with minimal supervision
• Ensure maintenance production standards are met or exceeded
• Promote a safe work environment and adhere to company safety policies
• Utilize maintenance hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Complete necessary job paperwork during site visits
• Interact professionally with clients, account managers, and subcontractors
• Train team members as needed
• Conduct start-up inspections and system shut-downs of irrigation systems
• Perform basic troubleshooting and on-site repairs
• Conduct regular safety inspections on the vehicle
• Consistently promote the positive image of Yardnique Inc.
