EHS Training Compliance Coordinator

Temporary role till November, with a chance of going perm

Located in Hayward, CA 94545

Offering $30-38/hr.

Primary responsibilities:

• Gather training materials and requirements from different departments.
• Coordinate with the third-party provider, Vector Solutions.
• Transfer existing training content into Paycom.
• Build and organize training modules within Paycom.
• Assign the appropriate training to relevant employees.
• Track the implementation process and ensure all required content is entered by the end-of-November deadline.
• Research applicable OSHA and EHS training requirements as needed.
• Communicate independently with department contacts to obtain missing information.

Requirement::

• Strong administrative and systems-management experience
• Experience using Paycom, specially creating and assigning training modules
• Familiarity with Vector Solutions is a plus
• EHS, OSHA, safety-training, or compliance experience is strongly preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive self-starter who can manage the project with minimal supervision
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and following up for information
