Job Summary The Division of Motorist Services’ Bureau of Customer Service is looking for friendly, customer-focused, and energetic team players for our Customer Service Analyst II positions. Members will assess caller inquiries and resolve requests for service, using computer applications and search engines to provide accurate information related to driver licenses and motor vehicle rules and regulations. The role requires teamwork, open communication, and continual improvement of customer service strategies. Responsibilities Assess caller inquiries and resolve requests for service. Utilize computer applications and search engines to provide accurate information on driver licenses, vehicle tags, and titles, and related regulations. Work as part of a team that values open communication and feedback. Assist in improving customer service strategies. Qualifications One (1) year of customer service experience. Experience resolving customer concerns. Proficiency with computer and internet applications, including Microsoft Office and agency information systems. Strong customer service orientation and commitment to responsiveness. Ability to remain calm and effective under stressful situations. Excellent active listening, written, and oral communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of Driver License and Motor Vehicle laws, agency policies, and procedures. Critical thinking, judgment, and discretion in evaluating information and making decisions. Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships to achieve team goals. Flexibility and adaptability to change. Strong work ethic with a sense of commitment and urgency.
