Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program meeting APTA standards.
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start assignment.
BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to start.
Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred. Candidates with recent outpatient clinic experience will be prioritized.
Experience performing comprehensive PT evaluations, developing treatment plans, goal writing, and documenting per clinic and payer requirements.
Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation including letters of medical necessity and charge entry using electronic medical record systems.
Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and adherence to clinic safety protocols.
Willingness to participate in student supervision and clinical education, as needed (preferred).

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
Duration: 13 weeks.
Shift Pattern: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (5x8).
Required specialty focus: Outpatient orthopedics preferred.
