Sales Service Specialist

About the Role: Our client is looking for a Sales Service Specialist to support customers and distributors throughout the order process while working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service. Compensation Range: $20.00 – $23.00/hour What You’ll Do: Process customer and distributor orders and samples Maintain customer accounts and pricing in the ERP system Coordinate with internal departments on order fulfillment and shipping Provide customers with pricing, product information, samples, and required documentation Handle returns, customer concerns, and price increase notifications Serve as a liaison between customers, distributors, Sales, Shipping, and internal teams What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of office/customer service experience High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel ERP/CRM experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 100% onsite in Howell, MI Professional office environment with occasional access to production/lab areas Safety equipment required in production and lab areas Specialized Recruiting Group is an equal opportunity employer.
