We are looking for a reliable and motivated culinary professional to join our team and help deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, committed to cleanliness and safety, and able to support smooth kitchen operations while maintaining consistent standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout all shifts
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, measuring, and stocking ingredients
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperature to ensure safe and consistent service
- Support inventory management by rotating stock, reporting shortages, and reducing waste
- Follow all kitchen, health, and safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure efficient service
- Assist with cleaning equipment, tools, and workstations at the end of each shift
- Previous experience in a kitchen, food service, or hospitality environment preferred
- Basic understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and standardized procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift typical kitchen items as needed
- Experience with different cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong communication and time management skills
