In this role, you'll manage and help coordinate HVAC service, fuel deliveries, customer requests, and daily office operations to ensure our technicians and customers are supported every step of the way.

$45,000 - $55,000 based on experience
Responsibilities:- Coordinate technician schedules, service calls, and fuel deliveries
- Communicate with customers and field staff to ensure service requests run smoothly
- Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and operational documentation
- Support the operations team by identifying scheduling issues and helping improve daily workflows
- High school diploma required; HVAC or service industry experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
