Key Responsibilities

• Receive and count stock items; record data manually or using computer systems.
• Pack and unpack items for stocking in designated areas.
• Verify inventory computations against physical counts; investigate discrepancies and adjust errors.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or labeling equipment.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Keep records of stock usage, damage, and equipment handling.
• Inspect stock items for wear or defects; report damage to supervisors.
• Provide assistance or direction to other warehouse or storage yard workers.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift Certification
