Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' histories, needs, and goals, and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique circumstances.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including psychologists and administrative staff, to ensure cohesive care and comprehensive support for each client.

  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document client progress, track treatment plans, and communicate with team members effectively.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to stay current with best practices and integrate new techniques into your therapeutic approach.

  • Contribute to clinical service enhancements, participating in review sessions to discuss client outcomes, service delivery, and potential improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and relationship issues. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and a culturally sensitive approach is essential to effectively address their distinct needs. Your role is vital in providing empathetic and effective support, fostering healing and growth in each client.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • \n
  • Active state license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is mandatory for this role.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling to individuals facing emotional difficulties.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n
