• Setting: Acute Care - ICU / PCU / Stepdown (float to MedSurg as needed)

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Georgia state license or valid compact state RN license)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required (critical care / telemetry / stepdown experience highly relevant)
• ACLS, BLS (AHA or ARC), and PALS certifications required
• Ability to float to PCU, Stepdown, and MedSurg units as needed
• Familiarity with TruBridge - Evident electronic charting system preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking skills for ICU nursing

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret hemodynamic data, administer medications, and perform critical care interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacists, and other nurses) to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to PCU, Stepdown, and MedSurg units as required for flexible acute care coverage
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using TruBridge - Evident charting system
• Adhere to facility policies and travel nurse guidelines, including shift cancellation protocols
