Custodial Worker

We are looking for a top-performing Custodian with previous janitorial or custodial experience. You should be comfortable and capable of operating commercial floor scrubbing equipment, brooms, vacuuming equipment, and cleaning supplies. Experience in tile floor maintenance, waxing, and industrial cleaning in a factory setting is a plus. The position offers the flexibility to choose your hours during the day shift, Monday through Friday, anytime between 6:30 AM and 4 PM.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial floor scrubbing equipment, brooms, and vacuuming equipment.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of tile floors, including waxing.
• Handle various cleaning supplies and ensure a sanitized environment.
• Conduct mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming as part of routine janitorial duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.

Essential Skills

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience.
• Comfortable with operating commercial cleaning equipment.
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies and their proper usage.
• Ability to perform tile floor maintenance and waxing.
• Physical ability to perform janitorial tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Passing a drug screen.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $51480.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
