Plumbing Project Manager / EstimatorWe are looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to manage plumbing projects from estimating through completion while leading a field crew of approximately 5–10 plumbers.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret plumbing blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documentsPrepare accurate estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and project costsPerform material takeoffs and assist with project proposals and pricingManage plumbing projects from award through completionLead, schedule, and coordinate a crew of approximately 5–10 plumbersCoordinate materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractorsMonitor project budgets, schedules, productivity, and job progressCommunicate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and other tradesManage change orders and maintain accurate project documentationEnsure all work meets company quality standards, plumbing codes, and safety requirementsRequirements5+ years of plumbing industry experience preferredPrevious experience as a Plumbing Project Manager, Estimator, Foreman, or similar roleStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansExperience estimating plumbing projects and performing material takeoffsProven experience managing and leading plumbing crewsStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, installation practices, and codesServiceTitan experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's licenseWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a hands-on plumbing professional who understands both the estimating and field sides of the business.
