Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm 

Monday – Friday 12:30pm – 9:00pm 

Location: Sugarland, Texas

Job Description

The Quality Specialist I and II is responsible for performing routine inspection tasks using automated optical inspection equipment to identify defects or quality issues in the manufactured product 

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain AOI systems to inspect products during or after production. 
• Monitor product quality based on predefined specifications and guidelines. 
• Identify and document defects or deviations from quality standards. 
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience 
• Familiarity with quality control principles and techniques. 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

The basehourlyrange for this position is $18.50-$27.00  an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
