About the Role The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR team by keeping daily operations organized and efficient. This entry-to-mid-level role acts as a primary contact for staff questions and reports directly to the HR Manager or Director. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule candidate interviews. Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, collect new hire paperwork, and coordinate day-one orientation. Record Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files and update database records. Benefits & Payroll: Assist staff with basic benefit inquiries and help process status changes or payroll data. Compliance: Track training completion, assist with internal audits, and maintain policy documents. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 1 to 3 years of administrative or general HR experience. Required Skills Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and familiarity with an HRIS or Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Paycom, UKG, Rippling. Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication, time management, and a high level of discretion with confidential data.
